摘要
传统机械式节温器其开启和关闭只受冷却水温控制,难以根据发动机的实际工况精确控制冷却水温。根据适当提高发动机冷却水温可以减小机身内部磨损的特点,将机械式节温器替换为电子节温器可有效减小油耗。为此,利用车载传感器(如进气压力、转速传感器等)获得车辆所处的工况,通过MAP得到该工况所对应的最优目标水温,然后经ECU对节温器和风扇进行综合控制,可使冷却水温稳定在最优值附近。为验证电子节温器的有效性,对长安D18T型发动机进行了台架试验,结果表明,采用新型电子节温器后,控制系统可将冷却水温控制在各工况所对应的最优冷却水温附近,在中小负荷工况下节油效果达到2%~6%,充分验证了电子节温器控制方案的可行性和有效性。
With the feature that raising the temperature of the cooling water appropriately can cause the depletion of energy cost on fraction,oil consumption can be effectively reduced.Therefore,the working condition of the vehicle can be obtained through the sensors (such as inlet pressure,rotational rate sensor etc),whch will get the optimal objective temperature with several MAP.It can be stabilized around its optimal value by a integeral control of electric thermostat and fan with ECU.To verify the effectiveness of the new component,a bench test is taken on an engine of D18T.
