男性直肠癌全系膜切除与盆腔神经保护 被引量：5

摘要 直肠癌全系膜切除（TME）的开展显著地提高了患者术后存活率,同时直视下精准的锐性分离减少了盆腔自主神经的损伤,降低了术后发生排尿及性功能障碍的概率,排尿功能障碍率降低至5.6%,性功能障碍率降低至27%.部分患者在TME基础上加行了侧方淋巴结清扫和保留盆腔自主神经,重视术中盆腔神经保护,对改善术后的存活质量及功能恢复具有重要意义.本文就男性直肠癌患者TME与盆腔神经保护的相关问题进行探讨.
