摘要
应用弯曲理论和应力松弛理论推导了TC4筒形件的校形精度公式,通过对TC4钛板进行应力松弛实验,分析了温度、时间和初变形量对残余应力的影响,得出了零件校形的较优工艺参数为加热650℃,保温30min;进行了零件校形实验,分析了校形后的残余应力和显微组织。结果表明,采用该工艺参数校形后工件尺寸精度满足工程要求,残余应力0~10MPa。
It deduces the precision formula of sizing for cylindrical parts of TCA based on the theory of bending and stress relaxation, introduces the stress relaxation experiment of TCA sheet matal samples. In view of analysis on the effect of temperature, time and initial deformation about the residual stress, it summaries the optimization process parameter that the optimal processing parameters is heating to 650℃ and keeping for half an hour. The experiment result indicates that the hot sized part has good agreement with the engineering standard on dimensional precision, residual stress is 0--10MPa.
