摘要
回弹是影响板料冲压零件精度的主要原因,利用Dynaform对模拟叶片的冲压与回弹及其补偿进行了相应的研究。建立叶片的有限元模型及设置各个参数,进行冲压与回弹模拟,测量出零件的最大回弹量,采用dynaform中新增回弹补偿模块对模面进行补偿。通过数值模拟的方法可以减少模面修整次数,降低模具设计成本,对现实生产有重要指导意义。
The main factor that influnce the accuracy of parts punched from panel is springback.By using Dynaform,corresponding researches have been done in punching,springback and compensation of blade model.First of all,built the finite element model of blade and set up all of the parameters.Then,simulated the process of punching and springback before measuring the maximum springback of the part.At last,compensated the mold surface with newly increased springback compensation function in Dynaform.This numercial simulation technique can help decrease mold surface trim times,decrease mold design costs and above all present important references for actual production.
