摘要
针刺手法,是指从进针到出针的一系列操作过程,而进针得气后的补泻手法是治疗中提高疗效的重要因素。1986年,陆寿康等人编写的《针刺手法一百种》一书,对针刺手法作了系统的总结,本文试对近四年来针刺补泻手法的研究进展综述如下。
The author sumerized researches about reforcingand reducing manipulation since 1986.It is consi-dered that there is new development of the therory,clinical observation,experimetal research,expeciallyphysilogical function is considered that it has relationwith afferent nerves.This new founding would beas research ideal in future.
