摘要
针对新型二齿差纯滚动活齿内齿圈轮廓曲线加工精度低,加工难度大的问题,提出了基于UG NX设计平台的三维数字化设计与加工的方法。通过二齿差纯滚动滚柱活齿外端曲线的包络方程,在UG NX设计平台对内齿圈三维建模。对齿形进行了分析并对数字化加工做了详细的说明。借助UG NX设计平台,有效解决了内齿圈加工过程中的难题,降低了产品设计、生产成本,提高了工作效率。通过数控机床的切削仿真,降低了零件加工错误的风险。UG NX设计平台的数字化设计与加工为内齿圈的设计与制造提供了新的方法。
Aiming at the problem of the low machining precision and manufacturing difficulties of the new two-tooth difference pure rolling internal gear profile,a method of 3D digital design and manufacturing was proposed based on UG NX design platform.Three-dimensional modeling of the internal gear profile was established though envelope equation.And the tooth profile was analyzed and digital processing was illustrated in detail.With the help of UG NX design platform,the problems in manufacturing procession were effectively solved,which reduced costs in product design and production and improved work efficiency.Though NC machine cutting simulation,the risk of parts false processing was reduced.The digital design and manufacturing based on UG NX design platform provided a new method for the design and manufacture of internal gear.
