摘要
液体的有效雾化是当前气液两相流研究中的重要课题,这其中雾化喷嘴的选择能很大程度影响雾化效果。通过查阅大量文献,对不同类型的气液两相流旋流喷嘴的结构、工作原理以及影响雾化效果的各个因素(包括:喷嘴结构、压缩空气压力以及气液比)做出了论述。在实验中采用压缩空气作为雾化介质,利用lyc2000激光粒度仪测量了不同情况下的喷雾特性参数如油雾粒径、油雾浓度等。同时对气液两相流旋流喷嘴雾化特性进行分析,并做了图表分析和曲线拟合。
Currently,the effective atomization of liquid is an important subject in the research of gas-liquid,in which the choice of nozzle can influence the effect of atomization to a great degree.Through referring to a large number of literature,A discussion on the structure,working principle of different types of gas-liquid two-phase swirling nozzle and the factors which can influence the effect of atomization(including nozzle’s structure,the pressure of condensed air and gas-liquid ratio).In the experiment,with condensed air being applied as atomization medium,lyc2000 laser granulometer is utilized to measure the characteristic parameter of atomizing in different circumstances such as atomized particle size,oil mist concentration and so on.At the same time,the atomizing characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow swirl nozzle are analyzed,and chart analysis and curve-fitting are made.
