摘要
针对中国石油化工行业装置运行周期不断延长,必然造成设备、管道本体因腐蚀、冲刷及静密封点垫片失效引起局部泄漏的故障时有发生,为保证装置安全稳定运行,重点介绍在线带压堵漏技术在石油化工行业的应用,以解决装置长周期运行过程中的泄漏问题。
Local leakage faults were inevitable caused by corrosion, erosion and gasket failures at static sealing points in equipment and pipes due to extended operation cycles in domestic petrochemical industry. The application of online leakage blocking technique in petrochemical industry was focused on to eliminate leakage troubles in long term operation of units so as to ensure safe and stable operation of the units
