摘要
目的 加强中等职业卫生学校的护理技术教学改革,提高护理技术教学质量.方法 随机抽取广西壮族自治区河池市卫生学校2009级护理专业两个班99名学生作为研究对象,按照班级分为实验组和对照组,实验组学生50人,对照组学生49人.在护理技术教学中,对两组学生分别采用传统教学方法与情景式教学方法进行教学,课程结束后,比较两个班学生的理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩及对实验组学生就情景式教学方法进行问卷调查.结果 理论考试结果,实验组学生平均成绩88.5分,对照组学生平均成绩65.4分,实验组学生成绩高于对照组学生,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;操作考核结果,实验组学生平均成绩86.4分,对照组学生平均成绩56.2分,实验组学生高于对照组学生,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.问卷调查结果显示,90.0%的学生对情景式教学方法感兴趣.结论 在中等职业卫生学校护理技术教学中采用情景式教学方法能够提高护理技术教学质量.
Objective To strengthen teaching reform in health schools and improve teaching quality. Methods 90 students of class 2009 majoring in nursing at health school in Hechi of Guangxi were divided into two groups. The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, and the scene teach- ing method was used in the other group. Then, we evaluated teaching effect by the results of theory test, operational assessment, and survey. Results The average scores of theory exam for the experimental and control groups were 88.5 and 65.4 respectively, which had significant difference. The operational scores for the two groups were 86.4 and 56.2 respectively, which had significant difference also. Through the survey we found that 90.0% students were interested in the scene teaching Method. Conclusions The scene teaching method used in nursing skills course in secondary vocational health schools can increase teaching quality.
