摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定复方白及乳膏中尿素含量的方法,有效控制制剂质量。方法:以乙醇为溶剂,对二甲基苯甲醛试液为染色剂,分光光度法测定,选择测定波长为420 nm。结果:尿素在6.1～42.3μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,A=0.0107C-0.0142(r=0.9991),回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.75%(n=6)。结论:本文所建方法便捷、重现性好,适用于复方白及乳膏中尿素的含量测定。
Objective：To establish the quantitative determination method of the carbamide of Compound Rhizoma Bletillae Cream by UV spectrophotometer. Methods： Using the alcohol as the dissolvent, and dimethylbenzaldehyde mixtures as coloration, the carbamide contents was determined by spectrophotometer at 420 nm. Results： The carbamide curve was linear within a range of 6.1 - 42.3μg/mL, the linear equation was A = 0. 0107C-0. 0142 （ r = 0. 9991 ）, the average recovery was 100.4% with RSD of 1.75% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusions： This method is convenient, stable, and could be used to assay the carbamide contents of Compound Rhizoma Bletillae Cream.
