摘要
利用岱岳区气象站近30 a和10个乡镇气象站2006—2010年5 a的气象资料,通过插值和年代外推,从灾害的危险性、暴露性、脆弱性、防灾减灾能力4个主要因子分析干旱灾害风险评价和区划,为农村气象灾害防御提供科学依据。结果表明,干旱灾害高风险区位于泰山区,中度风险分布在防灾减灾能力较低的乡镇,低风险分布在大汶口镇、粥店街道等防灾减灾能力为中等强度的13个乡镇。
Using data in recent 30 years from Agrometeorological Experiment Station and data in recent 5 years from 2006 to 2010 from 10 township Agrometeorological Experiment Stations, drought risk assessment and zoning were analyzed through interpolation and age extrapolation from 4 main factors of the disaster hazard, exposure, vulnerability, and the ability of disaster prevention and reduction to provide scientific basis for rural meteorological disasters prevention. The results showed that, high risk drought disaster zones mainly distributed in Taishan zone, middle risk zone distributed mainly in lower disaster prevention and reduction ability towns, and lower risk ones in middle disaster prevention and reduction ability 13 towns, such as Dawenkou Town and Zhoudian Street.
