摘要
目的:了解男男性行为者早期生活经历、性经历对成年后性行为以及艾滋病预防控制的影响。方法:通过网络调查收集男男性行为者人口学特征、早期经历、性经历、艾滋病预防知识以及艾滋病高危行为等。应用SPSS18.0软件对调查数据进行统计,使用方差分析、Pearson相关分析等方法进行统计分析。结果:共收集838份有效问卷。调查对象平均年龄为28.73±7.51岁。以未婚为主,占64.6%;大专以上文化程度占68.6%;艾滋病预防知识知晓率为84.7%;最近6个月与同性性交时每次使用安全套的占46.30%;"童年生活抚养情况"、"童年家庭是否和睦"、"父亲男男性行为经历"、"16岁前强迫性交经历"等是MSM人群发生男男性行为经历的影响因素。结论:MSM人群存在着艾滋病预防知识和自我保护行为的严重分离,要积极探索行之有效的MSM人群行为干预模式。同时应积极为儿童创造良好的生活和学习环境,减少不良因素对儿童的影响,并通过学校健康教育课,使之形成健全的人格,从源头减少男男性行为现象的发生。
Objective： To know the influence of early experience regarding to sex-action after grown--up and prevention of AIDS among MSM. Methods： Through the network of online surveys to collect the demographic characteristics of MSM, early experience , sex-action, AIDS prevention knowledge and HIV risk behaviors. Using by SPSS18.0 software to star survey, data, and analysis of variance,Pearson analysis for factor analysis. Results： Totally 838 valid questionnaires were collected. In the survey, the average age of them was 28. 73±7.51 years old; Unmarried accounted for 64. 6%; college or higher education was 68. 6%; the awareness rate of AIDS was 84. 7%; In the last six months, the proportion of using condoms during the MSM intercourse every time was 46.3%＂foster situation during childhood life ＂,＂ whether the childhood family was harmonious ＂, ＂ Homogeneous sexual intercourse expericence of his father ＂ ,＂ force sexual intercourse experience before 16 years ＂ were the influencing factors among MSM. Conclusions： Despite the high awareness rate of AIDS, the high-risk behavior of HIV infection was still widespread. We should explore the effective,behavior intervention pattern among MSM. And create the good life and learning environment for the child, and set school healthy education for our child to form the perfect personality , reduces the homogeneous sexual intercourse phenomenon from the source.
