摘要
金属圆锯及盘形锥齿轮工作中极易产生垂直盘面的波动振动 .本文提供一种求解此类零部件动力学问题的方法——半解析环形板单元法 .该方法将圆环板的挠曲函数设成环向为一连续的解析函数 ,径向为一插值函数 ,可使二维问题简化为一维问题 。
This paper offers a method to solve the dynamics problem of disc parts.This method uses semianalytic annular elements and divides deflection functions of disc into two parts,one is a continuous analytical function in circular direction,and the other is a discrete function in radial direction.Thus,the problem is reduced from two dimensions to one dimension,so it can save more time and makes the response of the wavevibration easy to be calculated.
