摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在妇产科学临床实习中的应用效果。方法:在妇产科临床实习课中,将72名学生随机分为PBL教学法组和传统教学法组,比较其考试成绩,调查学生对PBL教学法的评价。结果:PBL教学法组与传统教学法组学生的考试总成绩分别为(88.64±3.90)分与(80.78±4.76)分,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。问卷调查显示,多数学生认为PBL教学有利于多种能力的提高。PBL教学法组教学效果显著优于传统教学法组。结论:PBL教学法在妇产科临床实习教学中具有较明显优势,能提高实习教学质量。
Objective: To assess the teaching effects of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching model on students in clinical practice of gyne- cology and obstetrics. Methods : Seventy two students undergoing clinical practice of gynecology and obstetrics were randomly assigned to the PBL teaching approach group or traditional teaching models. After completion of the events,the students were compared with the final academic performance and surveyed for the opinions towards PBL using questionnaire. Results :The total scores on the exam was 88.64 ± 3.90 for PBL teaching approach group and 80.78± 4.76 for the traditional teaching models,respectively. The two groups were statistically different( P 〈 0.01 ). By the questionnaire,most students considered PBL models to be beneficial to improvement of abilities, which was superior to the traditional one. Conclusion : The PBL teaching approach has distinct advantages in teach- ing students in clinical practice of gynecology and obstetrics and may thus improve the teaching quality.
