摘要 14214综采工作面因所采煤层与上覆煤层层间距小,顶板岩性差,顶板管理难度较大。在回采过程中又遇一空巷及与上覆煤层相通的穿层联络巷,当工作面推移至此位置时,由于其所致的空顶面积大及层位关系复杂,给工作面回采时的管理,特别是顶板的控制提出了新的要求。因此,东曲矿通过多种支护手段与措施对综采工作面过空巷及穿层巷技术进行了研究,并通过生产实践,顶板得到了有效控制,确保了综采工作面按正规循环安全顺利推进。 Because the layer spacing of the mining seam and the overlying coal layers in 14214 fully mechanized coal mining face is small,roof lithological is poor,the roof management is very difficult.In the mining process meets an abandoned roadway and the connecting roadway of interlinked overlying coal seam,when the working face goes to this position,due to its induced empty top area is large and the layer relation is complex,to the management of working face mining,especially roof control puts forward new requirements.Therefore,Dongqu coal mine through a variety of supporting means and measures studies passing through abandoned roadway and wearing layer roadway technology in fully mechanized coal mining face,and through the production practice,the roof has been effectively controlled,ensures that safely and smoothly advance in fully mechanized mining face by the regular circulation.
