摘要 采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了Mn掺杂的ZnO,采用X-射线分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等手段,对样品进行了表征。结果表明:粉体中MnO2的含量较小,主要以小团簇的形式均匀的弥散在ZnO中;Mn掺杂ZnO纳米颗粒的晶粒尺寸与Mn的掺杂量无关,但是与热处理温度有关;VSM测试结果表明样品具有室温铁磁性,样品的饱和磁化强度随Mn的掺杂量的增加,先增大后减小,在2%时,样品的饱和磁化强度达到最大值。 Mn-doped ZnO is made by sol-gel and the characteristics of the samples are investigated by XRD, SEM and VSM. The re- sults indicate that the content of Mn02 in powder is less, mainly dispersing in ZnO powder via the form of small clusters. The size of Mn-doped ZnO nanoparticles has no relationship with the ratio of Mn-doped, but it is closely related with the temperature of the heat- treatment. VSM tests show that the samples exhibit ferromagnetism of room temperature. With the enhancement of the ratio of Mn- doped, the saturation magnetization of the samples first increases and then decreases. The maximum of the saturation magnetization rea- ches highest when the ratio of Mn-doped is 2%.
