摘要
用功率密度为2.83mw/mm2,3.95mw/mm2的HeNe激光辐射玉米干种子,辐射时间分别为5s,50s和500s。采收二叶期、三叶期幼苗作为试验材料,测试结果表明,经激光辐射后的玉米幼苗MDH和6PGD活性增加,可溶性总糖含量提高。揭示了激光辐射可以改变植物体内的糖代谢。并表明HeNe激光辐射对生物体的影响存在一个最佳剂量。
The corn (Zea Mays L.) seed was irradiated by HeNe laser, of which the pow er densities were 2.83mw/mm2,3.95mw/mm2 respectively and the corresponding i rradiating times last 5s,50s,500s respectively. The samples were collected rando mly at the stage of two leaves and three leaves seedlings respectively. The acti vities of MDH and 6PGD were analyzed by means of Ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and the content of soluble total sugars was studied by means of colorime tric method. The results show that toth the activities of MDH, 6PGD and the cont ent of soluble total sugars of treatment groups are higher than the control. The experiment indicates that the glycometabolism in plant can be influenced by las er irradiation. Meanwhile, the paper presents that the best irradiating dosage o f laser what has the best biological effects on plant exsists.
