本文介绍了第三代移动通信的目标，简明描述了这种未来系统的综合功能和网络结构，以及 第三代移动通信的标准，最后阐述了我国移动通信如何向第三代迈进。
This paper introduces the goals of the 3G at first,thereafter briefly describles synthetical function and network structure of this future system, in succession introduces its standards,finally expounds our nation how to stride forward 3G,moreover brings forward the chant of catching hold of opportunity,developping our nation's communication industry.
