摘要
在数控机床的加工过程中,M功能的实现占有较为重要的作用,而M功能的处理过程是比较复杂和难以理解的,详细地分析了FANUC数控系统0i系列和0系列中M功能实现的过程,并通过M功能的应用举例,使机床操作人员和维护人员了解和掌握M信号的处理过程,从而在实际工作中可以解决许多问题。
The M function plays a more important role in the processing of CNC machine tools, and the process of the M function is very complex and difficult to understand. This paper analyzes the process of M function in FANUC CNC 0i series and 0 series detailed, while it can make the machine operators and maintenance man to understand and master the M signal processing and help them to solve many problems in practical work through the specific examples.
