广西茉莉花叶总黄酮的提取及对羟自由基的清除作用研究 被引量:12

Extraction of total flavone from Guangxi's Jasminum sambac leaves and its effects on scavenging of hydroxyl radicals

摘要 利用茉莉花叶植物资源,避免资源浪费,探讨茉莉花总黄酮的提取,鉴别以及对羟自由基的清除作用。采用超声波乙醇回流提取法从广西茉莉花叶中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类的物质进行鉴别,并采用分光光度法测定含量,用茉莉花叶总黄酮对羟自由基清除作用进行试验。测得样品中总黄酮的含量C=0.5450mg/mL,回收率为102.5%,其纯度及产率均高。该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取茉莉花叶黄酮类物质的有效途径,茉莉花叶总黄酮提取液对Fenton体系产生的羟自由基有很好的清除作用。 To establish a method for the extraction of total flavanone of Guangxi's Jasminum sambac leaves and its effects on droxyl radicals. The flavonoids were extracted with ethanol as the solvent from Guangxi's Jasminum sambac leaves by ultrasonic wave. Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of the flavanone of Jasminum sambac leaves. The effect of extracts from Jasminum sambac leaves on hydroxyl radicalswas studied. By this method the content of the total flavanone of the caudexes of Jasminum sambac leaves was C = 0.545 mg/mL and the rate of recovery was 102.5%. Purely physical process without any pollution is Jasminum sambac leaves flavonoid extract an effective way, Jasminum sambac leaves flavonoids extract Fenton system by scavenging free radicals good.
