摘要
利用水热法,以3,5-二氯水杨醛-2-吡啶甲酰腙为配体(H2L1)合成了它的Mn(Ⅱ)配合物。结合元素分析仪、紫外光谱仪、红外光谱仪、X单晶衍射仪确定了其化学组成为[Mn4(L1)4(DMF)4]。进行了仿SOD清除自由基作用研究,结果表明所合成的Mn(Ⅱ)配合物是一个具有SOD活性的仿酶,IC50值为0.53μM,其活性是天然SOD活性的1.2%,适合做模拟酶。初步探讨了Mn(Ⅱ)配合物清除O2-.的机理。
Manganese complexes were synthesized through the reaction with corresponding ligands N′-(3,5-dichloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-pyridinecarbohydrazide(H2L1)in ethanol aqueous solution by hydrothermal method.The compositions of complexes were determined to be[Mn4(L1)4(DMF)4]respectively by element alanalysis,UV,IR and XRD.The results of the activity for removing radical showed that manganese complexes was an ideal mimic SOD enzyme,its IC50 value was 0.53μM,activity was 1.2%of the natural SOD enzyme activity and suitable for a mimic SOD.The mechanism of removing O2-·by N′-(3,5-dichloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-pyridinecarbohydrazide manganese complexes had been discussed.
