摘要
测定常食粉丝中铝含量,为粉丝安全性评估提供科学依据。通过干灰化法预处理样品,用可见分光光度法于550 nm波长处测定铝含量。方法回收率为95.5%～97.0%,相对标准偏差小于3%,具有良好的准确度与精密度。试验结果表明:湿制粉丝较为合格,干制粉丝铝含量均超标。
The aluminum content of rice vermicelli was determined,which will provides the scientific basis for the safety assessment of fans.rice vermicelli sample was pretreated by dry ashing,and the aluminum content was determined at 550 nm wavelength by using visible spectrophotometry.The recoveries of aluminum was 95.5%~97.0%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%.This method is good of accuracy and precision.Results show that most wet rice vermicelli are qualified,but the aluminum content of dried rice vermicelli mostly exceeded the standard.
