摘要
在高压反应釜中,以亚/超临界乙醇为液化介质、以SO42/ZrO2为催化剂催化液化滇池蓝藻制备生物油,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、料液比等对蓝藻液化效果的影响.正交实验表明,反应温度270℃、反应时间40min、催化剂SO42/ZrO2加入量为蓝藻质量的2%、蓝藻与乙醇比为1:15g/mL是最佳的条件,在此条件下液化率为87.46%,油产率为63.32%.分析了生物油的特性和组分,生物油是一种组成复杂的有机混合物,其主要成分为十六烷酸乙酯.
Direct liquefaction of the cyanobacteria from Dianchi Lake in ethanol under the sub- and supercritical conditions was carried out in an autoclave. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst loading, ratio of cyanobacteria to ethanol on the liquefaction were investigated. The results show that the optimal conditions are reaction temperature 270 ℃, reaction time 40 rain, concentration of catalyst SO42-/ZFO2 2%, ratio of cyanobacteria to ethanol 1:15 g/mL. Under these conditions, the liquefaction conversion rate reaches 87.46% and the yield of bio-oil is 63.32%. The analysis by FT-IR and GC-MS indicates that the bio-oil is a complex mixture with palm ethyl as the main constituent.
