摘要
以三聚氯氰、牛磺酸为原料,通过亲核取代反应对光稳定剂2,2',6,6'-四甲基哌啶胺和4,4'-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2'-二磺酸类荧光增白剂进行水溶性改性,以表面施胶的形式用于抑制杨木化机浆纸张的返黄,通过紫外光加速老化实验考察了水溶性改性后光稳定剂、荧光增白剂以及复配作为返黄抑制剂对化机浆纸张的返黄抑制效果。结果表明:经过水溶性改性的受阻胺光稳定剂(HALS)和荧光增白剂(FBs)复配产物比单独使用它们的光稳定效果更好、性质更优,且复配质量比m(HALS):m(FBs)=5:1时,协同效应更好,能达到最佳的抑制返黄效果,更适合作光诱导高得率浆的返黄抑制剂。
Hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) and triazine-stilbene fluorescent brighteners (FBs) were synthesized by the size of nucleophilicity method with 2, 4, 6-trichloro-1, 3, 5-triazine and taurine as raw materials, q-he mixtures of FBs and HALS were used as a yellowing inhibitor for chemi-mechanical pulps and its anti-yeUowing effects on handsheet from chemi-mechanical pulps were evaluated as the surface sizing agent on handsheet by using the ultraviolet aging apparatus, q-he result showed brightness abilities of chemi-mechanical pulp handsheets is increased more by application of above mixtures as surface sizing agent than those does by application of FBs and HALS alone respectively. With the mixing ratio of 1:5 (FBs:HALS), the brightness stabilizing effect is increased significantly and could be proposed as a applicable yellowing inhibitor for lignin-content paper products.
