摘要
职业能力的培养不仅仅要适应产业界需要,完成高职院校人才培养的社会性功能,更要注重对人本身的培养,发挥高职教育为人的全面发展服务的教育目的的需要。在构建职业能力培养课程体系的同时,更要辩证的处理好基础课程体系(普通文化课)之间的有机联系,以职业能力培养为导向,带动高职学生全面发展。
The professional competence training needs the adaption to industrial circles to finish the social function of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,but more importantly,we should pay attention to the personnel training in order to meet the needs of all-round development.While building up vocational curriculum system for professional competence development,we should dialectically deal with the organic links between the basic course systems(ie.general quality classes) to ultimately promote the comprehensive development of vocational students under the orientation of the professional competence cultivation.
