摘要
目的探讨"优质护理服务示范工程"活动在精神病患者住院治疗和康复中的重要意义。方法对我院病房100名责任护士采用方便抽样的方法,进行自行设计问卷调查,分析护士对"优质护理服务"的认知程度。结果开展"优质护理服务"活动6个月后护士对"优质护理服务"的认知程度明显提高,其中基础护理认真、经常巡视、视病人如亲人、让病人感觉像在家一样(t=5.238,5384,5.872,5.534;P均<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论实施"优质护理服务"活动,护士整体素质得到了提高,患者及家属满意度明显上升。
Objective To explore the meaning of ＂quality care demonstration project＂ activities on treatment and rehabilitation of hospitalized psychiatric patients.Methods Using self-made questionnaire to evaluate cognitive level of nurses on＂ high quality nursing service＂.Results The nurses’ service consciousness on patient enhanced significantly after implement of high quality nursing service,there were significant differences in many aspects（t=5.238,5384,5.872,5.534;P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implement of high quality nursing service make nurses enhance the comprehensive quality,and promote the patients and their family members’ satisfaction.
