Objectives To investigate and study influential factors analysis of undergraduate volunteers' general self-efficacy at Shanghai. Methods A total of 400 undergraduates, including volunteers and non-volunteers,were investigated randomly at Shanghai region. The logistical regression analysis of self-efficacy was evaluated with 9 factors. There was a questionnaire designed by the author, including information on person, plus questionnaires of GSES.Results There was significant means difference with GSES between group volunteers and non-volunteers of undergraduates(t=2.137,P0.05),but the mean differences were not significant between genders, majors, and original regions where the researched targets came from(P0.05);Those three factors that of undergraduate volunteers' mothers' educational degree(t=1.800,P0.05),of whether facing graduation to find a job or not(t=3.039,P0.01),and of happiness at volunteer service(t=-3.272,P=0.001) were influential with self-efficacy of undergraduate volunteers. Conclusion Undergraduate volunteers have stronger self-efficacy than undergraduate non-volunteers;those factors are influential to undergraduate volunteers' self-efficacy,including their mothers' educational degree, themselves whether facing to seek a job or not,and their feelings to be happy or not at their volunteer service;the feelings are happier, the self-efficacy more stronger.
