摘要
目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化摘除并人工晶体植入治疗白内障的疗效及并发症。方法:回顾性分析我院372例接受该手术患者的临床资料。结果:患者术后视力、眼压、前房深度术均较术前明显改善(P<0.05或0.01)。术后第1天裸眼视力≥0.5者295眼(63.0%);术中及术后共发生并发症53眼(11.3%)。结论:小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除并人工晶体植入术治疗效果明显,患者视力恢复好,并发症少,值得临床进一步研究推广。
Objective; To investigate the efficacy and complications of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Methods： The clinical data of 372 patients who underwent the surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The uncorrected visual acuity after 1 day≥0. 5 were 295 eyes （63. 0%）. Corn- pared with before surgery, patients＇ visual acuity, intraoeular pressure, anterior chamber depth were significantly im- proved （P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）. Intraoperative and postoperative complications were in 53 eyes（11. 3%）. Conclusion： The treatment of small ineision non-phaeoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for cataract was good for visual acuity recover with fewer complications; it was worth for further study and promotion.
