摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将168例方城县人民医院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成两组，治疗组84例在西药治疗的同时加用中药内服治疗，对照组84例单用西药治疗，10d为1个疗程，2个疗程结束后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96．4％，对照组为77．4％，两组相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，优于单纯西药治疗，且不良反应较少，值得临床借鉴。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of chinese traditional combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups, 84 cases in treatment group were giv- en western medicine treatment combined with herbal internal treatment, 84 cases in control group were only given western medicine treatment. Ten days as a course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment, the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96. 4% in treatment group and 77. 4% in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of chinese traditional combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammabetter treatment, and than single western medicine it has less adverse reactions, is worth clinical using for reference.
