摘要
为分析铰接轮式重型拖拉机的振动特性,利用ADAMS虚拟样机技术,采用GB/T 10910—2004中规定的35 m较粗糙人工试验跑道对其整机振动进行了仿真分析。建立方向器转角开度为0时转向液压简化系统,与整机铰接和摆动机构组成了空间机械-液压偶合的仿真系统。通过仿真,得到了拖拉机在该工况下的各构件载荷和振动频率,总结了铰接轮式重型拖拉机的振动规律。文中主要研究拖拉机铰接结构特性对拖拉机振动的影响,可为铰接轮式重型拖拉机关键部件的减振器设计提供理论依据。
In order to analyze the vibration characteristics of articulated wheel heavy tractor and by using the ADAMS virtual pro- totype technology, the vibration of entire machine has been performed on 35 meters much cruder artiiicial test runway stipulated in GB/T 10910--2004. the steering hydraulic simplified system when the angular opening of the steering gear is "0" has been estab- lished, the spatial mechanical-hydraulic coupled simulation system was formed with the hinge and swing mechanisms of the machine. The loads and vibration frequencies of the various components of the tractor under this condition was obtained by simulation, and the vi- bration rule of articulated wheel heavy tractor was summarized up. The paper is focused on studying the influence on the vibration of the tractor by the features of the articulated structure of the tractor, providing theoretical basis for absorber design of key components of articulated wheel heavy tractor.
