摘要 针对煤矿管道瓦斯流量计量的现状,对常用的管道瓦斯流量计进行了比较分析,介绍了循环自激式新型流量计量技术。研制的CGWZ-100型循环自激式流量计,在井下钻场瓦斯抽采流量监测和煤矿瓦斯CDM计量监测系统中得到了广泛应用,性能稳定,测定数据准确可靠,无阻力损失,并且能够防尘防水,是一款性能优良、工作可靠的流量测量仪器,具备极高的应用推广价值。 In view of the status of coal pipeline gas flowmeter,comparing and analyzing the common pipeline gas flowmeter,the new loop self-oscillating type flow measurement technology is introduced.Based on loop self-oscillating flow measurement technology,CGWZ-100 loop self-oscillating flowmeter has been applied widely in gas flow monitoring of underground drilling filed gas drainage and the coal mine gas CDM measure monitoring system.With advantages of stable performance,accurate and reliable determination data,without loss of resistance,dustproof and waterproof,CGWZ-100 loop self-oscillating flowmeter is an excellent performance and reliable work flow measuring apparatus,and has high application value.
