新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌35例临床疗效探析

摘要 目的观察并探讨术前新辅助化疗对宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院符合标准的35例宫颈癌患者作为观察研究对象,全部病例术前均予采用顺铂、长春花碱、博菜霉素联合方案(PVB)化疗2个疗程后行广泛性子宫切除术与盆腔淋巴结清扫术,观察近期疗效。结果术前新辅助化疗可提高手术切除率,改善症状。临床近期有效率74.3%,手术切除率达100%。结论宫颈癌新辅助化疗可以缩小肿瘤,降低肿瘤的分期,提高手术的治疗效果。
