摘要 卓越医师不仅要求具有高超的医疗专业水平,还应有高尚的职业道德和良好的人文素质。在医学院校教育中,着重加强塑造和培养高尚的职业道德、严谨的批判性思维和高超的交流沟通技能,是选拔和培养医学生的必要条件,也是卓越医师教育培养计划的重要组成部分。 Excellent doctors are proficient in both professional performance and humanities factors.Excellence in medical humanities is dependent on effectively fostering professional ethical conduct,critical thinking and interpersonal and communication skills in school medical education.Excellent medical humanities is indispensible to bring up excellent medical students and significantly important to train excellent doctors.
