摘要
为了解国内三级医院员工绩效考核体系现状,参考国内部分知名医院的实施举措,在查阅文献的基础上对国内部分三级医院的绩效考核方法方面进行综合叙述;采用文献分析法对国内部分三级医院绩效考核方法及结果进行了综合分析,研究显示各医院绩效考核各有所长,对增强工作人员积极性、提高医院绩效水平、推动卫生系统科学化管理具有重要意义。作者对绩效考核中存在的问题、原因及影响进行了评价,并对医院绩效考核的前景进行了展望。
In order to understand hospital staff performance assessment status in tertiary hospital in China,combining with literature review and the practice of performance assessment in some well known tertiary hospitals,staff performance assessment methods and their results in some tertiary hospital in China were reviewed.It showed that the hospital performance appraisal of each has its own merits.The methods played important roles on strengthening the staff enthusiasm,improving hospital performance and promoting health system scientific management.Problems,causes and impact in performance assessment were discussed and the prospect of performance assessment were presented.
