依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的临床疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 脑梗死是神经内科常见疾病,其致死率和致残率很高,治疗方法很多,有溶栓及抗血栓方法,抗血小板药物及脑保护剂等;当前国内外主张应用溶栓及脑保护剂,是减少脑梗死的重要手段.目前国内使用的神经保护剂依达拉奉是一种新型羟自由基清除剂,具有清除自由基和脂质过氧化的作用,它可延长缺血神经细胞生存能力,减少脑细胞损害.2010年3月~20111年12月收治脑梗死患者50例,应用依达拉奉进行疗效观察,本文就依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者的保护作用及其可能机制进行探讨.
