国产远端非水泥固定型假体治疗股骨转子间不稳定型骨折的短期疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨国产远端非水泥固定型假体治疗高龄患者股骨转子间不稳定型骨折的短期疗效。方法回顾性分析12例采用人工髋关节置换术治疗的高龄股骨转子间粉碎性骨折患者,观察其手术时间、出血量、髋关节功能评分、并发症等情况。结果 12例患者,术中出血200～400ml,术后x线片显示转子间骨折均固定良好,假体位置良好。术后6～12个月随访,Harris评分为62～98分,平均85分。无关节脱位、假体松动、下沉、假体断裂及关节感染等并发症。结论国产远端非水泥固定型假体治疗股骨转子间不稳定型骨折,具有手术创伤小、手术时间短、并发症降低、髋关节功能恢复快等优点,短期临床疗效满意。
