摘要
建国后我国农村土地制度经历了四次重大变革 ,对我国农业发展产生了十分重要的影响 :符合农村实际和农民需要的土地制度会极大地促进农业的发展 ,相反则阻碍农业的发展。我国现行的土地制度取得了重大成就 ,但也有不完善之处 ,因此我们必须进一步深化农村土地制度改革 。
After the establishment of the People's Republic of China in 1949,our Land System in the countryside which has gone through four important transformations plays an important role in the development of agriuclture:the land system that is consistent with the country practice and peasants' needs would particularly prompt the development of agriculture;otherwise, prohibit it. The present land system has achieved a high degree of performance,but it has something to be reformed.We should,therefore,deepen the reform in order to make further progress in the development on it.
