摘要
研究了氧化还原剂用量、乳化剂种类、聚合温度对丙烯酸酯共聚反应的影响,利用差 热分析、红外光谱、核磁共振等方法,分析了聚硅氧烷改性丙烯酸酯共聚物结构,并对共聚物胶 膜进行了力学性能、耐热性、耐油性和耐水性的测试.
The effects of the amounts of reductant and initiator, the kinds of emulsifier and the tempera ture of copolymerization on emulsion copolymerization of acrylate were discussed. The chemical structure of polyorgannosiloxane-acrylate emulsion copolymer was analysed by the methods of DSC, IR, 1H - NMR etc..The mechanical properties, the heat-resistance, the oil-resistance, and the water-resistance of the copolymer film was examed.
