摘要
从数学上说明了用 STL文件数据格式可以保证快速成形技术的通用性 ,以及如何重建和显化物体表面的拓扑信息 ;引进容错技术 ,对有错的STL文件直接切片。
This paper is aimed at mathematically explaining how the versatility of rapid prototyping and manufacturing(RPM ) is ensured by STL format representating the CAD model and how to explicitly reconstruct the topological relationship among these surface triangular facets. Based on the results above, error-tolerant strategy is introduced to slice the STL model which somewhere is wrong.
