摘要
采用高速剪切工艺配制了不同胶粉掺量和不同胶粉细度的改性沥青,通过软化点和粘韧性等指标分析了胶粉掺量和细度对改性效果的影响,发现胶粉掺量为0.2~0.24、细度为30目时,胶粉可明显改善沥青在5~25℃的温敏性,大幅度提高其粘韧性。最后从粘弹性力学模型和微观结构形态两个角度对胶粉沥青的改性机理进行了探讨。
Adopting the high-speed cutting process, the rubber powder modified asphalt with different finenes ses and different dosages was prepared. The effect of the dosage and fineness on the modification of asphalt was ana- lyzed through the index of softening and toughness. The study found that rubber powder can significantly improve the temperature sensiti,;ity and toughness of asphah in 5~25℃ when the dosage is in 0. 2~0.24. Finally, the mechanism of rubber modified asphalt was discussed.
