摘要
考虑了重载条件下构件的实际变形对机构运动关系和承载特性的影响 ,分析了典型轧机辊系机构在空载和负载状态下表现出的不同特征 ,指出重载机构综合时忽略构件变形可能导致的错误 ,提出了多列滚动轴承自位原理。
The kinematic relationship and loading characteristic of the mechanism under the influence of component's elastic deformation by heavy load is discussed, and analysis the characteristic of the classical mill's roller system mechanism under zero load and heavy load. It is wrong that component's elastic deformation has been ignored for heavy-duty mechanism synthesis. Multi-column rolling bearing self-aligning principle was presented.
