摘要
面对严峻的就业形势，提高毕业生的职业素质才能提高他们的就业竞争力、课程改革和师资队伍建设。高素质的人才需要一流的高职院校来教育培养，本文从就业指导和职业心理辅导、技能大赛和社会实践活动、实践教学等方面进行剖析，阐述了高职生职业素质培养的几点要素。
Faced with serious employment situations, it is vital to improve the occupational qualities of graduates so as to improve their employment competitiveness. High-quality talents are educated and cultivated in first-class vocational colleges. The paper conducts an analysis through such aspects as employment guidance, vocational psychology guidance, technical skill competition, social practice as well as practical teaching. Moreover, it elaborates several elements concerning the occupational quality cultivation of vocational college students.
