摘要
主要研究了酯类化合物在模拟抗生素发酵体系中的消泡行为,并对它们的消泡性能进行了比较.结果表明,在该体系中是否存在碳碳双键是影响酯类化合物消泡性能的一个重要因素.
In an antibiotics fermentation simulation system, the antifoaming behaviors were studied and compared with a few kinds of ester, such as Tween series, Span series, methyl glucoside ester series. Results show that the esters which contain oleic acid have excellent antifoaming capacity. It is confirmed that the presence of double C=C bonds in those esters is an important factor to antifoaming performance.
