摘要 采用落球法测量了密相气固流化床表现粘度,发现流化床的流变特性可用Bingham 粘塑性模型描述,床层的有效粘度可由下式计算: μe=μ十r0do/3ur 通过实验数据求得线性回归公式,可算出塑性粘度和屈服应力. The viscosity of fluidized gas-solid dispersion was measured using falling spheres. The rheological characteristics can be described by the Bingham fluid model. The relationship between efficient viscosity of fluidized beds ue, plastic viscosity u, yield stress to, sphere size d. and relative velocity between falling sphere and fluidized particles ur is expressed as ue = u + t0do/3ur. The plastic viscosity and yield stress of fluidized dispersion can be obtained by linear regression of experimental data.
