摘要
介绍了一种汽轮机高中压合缸模块整体发运的技术,通过与传统的散件运输方式比较,阐述整体发运技术的优越性。结果表明,本技术方案的实施可大大降低现场总装时间,提高装配精度,为电厂带来显著的经济及社会效益。由于本技术不改变高中压模块的整体结构,还可适用于我公司所有300~600 MW等级高中压合缸形式的汽轮机机组,应用前景十分广阔。
A new technique of integral shipment for combined HIP module of steam turbines is introduced. Comparing to the separate item shipment, the obvious advantages is indicated to shorten the installation time greatly, improve the assembly precision, and upgrade the economic benefit of the power plant. The technique can be used on 300 -600 MW units with combined HIP module, demonstrating a great application prospect.
