妊娠女性心电图短PR间期改变的分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的进一步验证妊娠期女性短PR间期的发生率,并探讨其产生机制和临床意义。方法选择906例接受常规心电图检查的女性分为两组,妊娠组569例(观察组),健康非妊娠组337例(对照组),分析两组短PR间期的发生率。妊娠组女性按孕期分为3组,分别对各组短PR间期的发生率进行分析。结果①妊娠组心电图短PR间期者89例(15.64%,89/569),健康非妊娠组心电图短PR间期者7例(2.08%,7/337),两者比较差异有统计学意义(α=0.01);②晚孕期与早、中孕期短PR间期的发生率差异有统计学意义(α=0.05)。结论妊娠期女性短PR间期发生率较健康非妊娠女性明显增高,且与孕期的周数呈正相关。 Objective To prove the incidence of short PR interval in gravid female and explore its cause and clinical role.Methods We analyzed 906 females'ECG,and divided them into two groups,gravid group 569 cases and non-gravid group 337 cases,then comparing and analyzing the incidence of short PR interval.And we divided gravid cases into three groups according to pregnant week.Then we compared and analyzed the incidence of short PR interval respectively.Results ①The number of short PR interval cases was 89 in the group for gravid female(15.64%,89/569),7 in another group for not gravid female(2.08%,7/337).There was statistics difference for the incidence rate of short PR interval from the group for gravid female and another group for not gravid female(α=0.01);②There was statistics difference for the incidence of short PR interval between the late and early period of pregnancy,and between the late and middle period of pregnancy(α=0.05).Conclusion The incidence of short PR interval in the group for gravid group was obviously greater than that in another group for non-gravid group;in gravid cases,the incidence rate of short PR interval had relation with pregnant week.
