摘要
目的了解铁路建设项目工程中的农民工对职业病防治知识掌握的情况,分析其影响因素,为铁路建设项目方开展农民工职业病防治工作提出建议。方法采用整群抽样的方法对某铁路建设项目的农民工进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果 49.3%的人不知道职业病防治法,11.1%的人熟悉职业病防治法的内容;167人(77%)很想了解职业病防治法,173人(79.7%)很想知道自己工作中接触什么职业危害因素;126人(58.1%)表示公司没有告知他们所从事的工作接触有职业病危害因素,103人(47.5%)不能坚持使用劳动保护用品。结论该铁路建设项目工程中的农民工职业病防治知识认知较差,但农民工职业病防治态度积极,企业对农民工职业病防治工作开展不到位,应该加强政府和企业对农民工进行职业病防治知识的教育、培训,提高农民工职业病防治观念和自我保护能力。
Objective To understand the status of the prevention of occupational disease among migrant workers worked on a railway construction projects and its influencing factors, so as to provide suggestions about the prevention of occupational disease for them. Methods Cluster sampling methods were selected to investigate the subjects by questionnaire and the related statistical analysis was conducted. Results 49.3% of the subjects did not know the law about the prevention of occupational disease, only 11.1 % of the subjects know much about the law; 167 subjects（about 77%） were eager to understand the law; 173 subjects （about 79.7%） wanted to know harmful factors in their work;126 subjects（about 58.1% ） said that the company didn＇t inform them about the harmful factors in their work;103 subjects（about 47.5%） could not insist on using protection supplies. Conclusion The knowledge about the prevention of occupational disease among migrant workers worked on a railway construction projects were lack, however, their attitude to the prevention of occupational disease was positive. Enterprises haven＇ t done well in the prevention of occupational disease for migrant workers, the government and the enterprises should strengthen education about the prevention of occupational disease, to prompt their concept of the prevention of occupational disease and the self-protection ability.
