摘要
对646名大学生采用生命意义量表和综合幸福感量表进行了测试。结果显示:大学生生命意义和幸福感处于中等水平;大学生生命意义在年级和专业上存在差异;生命意义量表在年级、专业上具有交互作用。综合幸福感的自评量表结果显示大学生幸福感水平较高。典型相关的结果表明:生命意义和幸福感之间存在一定的联系,生命意义中的生活目标和生活态度对幸福感的影响更为明显。
In this essay, 646 college students were evaluated according to the Purpose in Life Test and General Well-Being Schedule. The results show that college students' life meaning and their sense of happiness are on average level. Students' life meaning scores vary with their grades and majors. Moreover, the Meaning of Life Scale indicates interaction between grades and majors. The data of self- evaluation scale about comprehensive sense of happiness reveals that the number of happy students (from a little happy to very happy) makes up 74.6% of the total number. The result of canonical correlation indicates that the meaning of life accounts for 51.3% of subjective well-being, in which the life goals and the attitude towards life have a obvious effect on happiness.
