摘要
德国职业教育对经济的推动力处于世界领先地位,双元制是德国职业教育的重要制度,行动导向教学法充分展示的德国双元制职业教育的魅力。运用德国的职教模式尤其是行动导向的教学法指导学校专业改革和教学实践,是专业教师赴外学习的初衷与目的。
The driving force of German vocational education in economy is in the top level of the world. The dual system is important in vocational education in Germany. It is action -oriented approach that demon- strates the advantages of dual system in vocational education. How to use the vocational education from Ger- many and especially action - oriented mode to guide professional reform and teaching practice is the purpose of a professional teacher who studies abroad.
