低温型分散染料上染聚乳酸纺粘非织造布工艺的研究

摘要 采用低温型分散染料高温高压法对聚乳酸纺粘非织造布进行染色,探讨了温度、时间、pH值和分散剂等因素对聚乳酸纺粘非织造布染色性能和撕破强力的影响。试验表明,用浓度为0.5%(o.w.f.)的低温型分散染料(分散蓝2BLN)上染聚乳酸纺粘非织造布的最佳工艺条件是:染色温度110℃,保温时间20 min,染液pH=5,以1 g/L的分散剂NNO为助剂。 Low temperature disperse dyes was applied to dyeing with PLA spunlaid nonwovens by high temperature and high pressure process. The effects of dyeing temperature, dyeing time, pH value and dispersing agents on dyeing performance and tearing strength of PLA spunlaid nonwovens were discussed. By test that the optimum process parameters of PLA spunlaid nonwovens dyeing with low temperature disperse blue 2BLN of 0.5% o. w.f. dosage be offered as follows, dyeing temperature of 110℃, heat retention temperature of 20 min, dyeing bath of pH 5 and dispersing agent NNO of 1 g/L used as auxiliaries.
